How we operate

Every engagement follows the same path, from the first call to handover. Once the proposal is agreed you can follow the project yourself, step by step, in the client portal.

    First conversation

    A consultation, booked above, to understand the problem, the site and the constraints — and whether automation is the right answer at all.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

    Scope, deliverables, timeline and price, in writing. Nothing is built until it is agreed.

  3. 3

    Workflow agreed

    The work is broken into dated steps — CAD, simulation, build, trials — in the order you need them. You are invited to the client portal.

    Build, with evidence

    Renders, simulation runs, code and photographs are attached to each step as it is delivered. Comment on any step; replies come back on the same step.

    Commissioning

    Installed and tested on site against the acceptance criteria in the proposal, with your team trained to run it.

    Handover

    Documentation, CAD and source code delivered — and the full dated record of the project stays in the portal.
